Product Description
This unsolder is designed for repairing faulty CPU and other electronic components. It can be used with a hot air gun or alone, offering flexibility and convenience in your repair tasks.
Operating Methods
There are two methods to use this unsolder:
Method 1: Use with Hot Air Gun
**Recommended Temperature: 230-240°C (Temperature Level: 10-12; Air Flow Level: 7-9)**
Place the i-phone mainboard on the bench of the unsolder and heat it for about 2 minutes. Use an imported 2310 (air gun) or class 858 air gun for operation. The temperature of the air gun should be between 260 and 280°C. This method has been proven to be successful in repairing hundreds of faulty CPU without causing tin explosion.
Method 2: Use Alone
**Recommended Temperature: 292°C (Temperature Level: 13-15; Air Flow Level: 6-10)**
When using the unsolder alone, adjust the digital temperature controller to the recommended temperature. This method is easy to operate and has been proven to be successful.
Temperature Adjustment Instructions
To adjust the temperature of the smart temperature controller:
Press the "set" key to enter the setting mode. The "set value (SV)" indicator will flash. Press the "<<" key to find the set temperature digit, then press the "↑" or "↓" key to set the required temperature value. Finally, press the "set" key to complete the setting.
Default Temperature Setting
The factory default temperature of this unsolder is 290°C (Temperature Level: 13-15; Air Flow Level: 6-10), which is set according to Method 2. However, this is not an absolute work value, and the temperature should be finely adjusted according to actual conditions and indoor temperature.
