Features:

• Screen printing: use the screen version of 36T ~ 51T.
• Pre-bake: temperature is 75±2°C, time is 40~50mins, hot air circulation is dry.
• Exposure: 300-500mj/cm2.
• Imaging: imaging solution: 0.9-1.1%, sodium carbonate, temperature: 28-30 ° C, spray pressure: 1.5-3.0 kg/cm2.
• Post-baking: temperature is 150 ° C, time is 60 mins, hot air circulation curing.
• **UV Curing Required**: Due to the special nature of the material, the solder mask oil will not dry naturally.
• Optimal working environment: Indoor temperature 20-28°C, humidity RH30-60%.
• To wipe the wrong substrate, it is recommended to use industrial alcohol or industrial cleaner.
