iREWORK is a professional rework station that enables the user to remove eMMC / IC Chips from phone and tablet logic boards.

iRework does not use hot air or infra red heaters, it uses a new heat conduction technology. This technology is not only safer but is much more precise. You can quickly set different temperatures for different stages of your work.

For example, if you need to remove an IC Chip or eMMC chip, you can set the temperature low to enable you to remove the protection can, then increase temperature slightly to help remove resin from surrounding the chip, and then finally increase the temperature again to enable you to remove the chip from the logic board.

• Heating plate made from high purity copper with an efficient method for high heat flux design.
• Wide plate made from aluminum can separate glass, etc. (Compatible size for 13-inch and below).
• With Wide plate, you can use it for baking, drying, aging, etc. (Eg. water-flooded components of UMT mainboard).
• Almost all current PCB integrated circuits can be soldered and de-soldered without the need of a soldering iron or a hot air gun. (Eg. Apple A7 A8 A9 A10 CPU, baseband IC, or hard disk IC, etc).
