Steps:

• A tray is required to fit the straight screen and the cover plate
• When fitting the curved screen, please use the curved screen mold and take out the tray.
• When placing the curved screen mold, push it in place along the groove
• When using the rubber pad to stick the curved screen, put the tray into the bin and close the bin door

Tips:

• Directly face the bonding pressure of 1.0-1.5Mpa and the vacuum for about 25 seconds, and the lamination time is 5 seconds to 15 seconds
• The plate lamination pressure is 1.5-2.0Mpa, the vacuum is 25-30 seconds, and the lamination time is 15-20 seconds
• The bonding pressure of the curved surface (small curved surface)is 2.0-2.5Mpa, the vacuum is evacuated for 30-35 seconds, and the lamination time is 20-25 seconds
• The curved surface is bonded with a mold (large curved surface, four-sided curved)with a bonding pressure of 3.0-3.5mpa and vacuumed for 30-35 seconds, and the lamination time is 25-30 seconds
• The curved surface is pasted with rubber pads (large curved surface, four-sided curved), the bonding pressure is 2.5-3.0Mpa, the vacuum is 30-35 seconds, and the lamination time is 20-25 seconds
• Before using the device, wait for 5 minutes after powering on (heating) before using it
• Factory parameters: The lamination time is 20 seconds, the vacuum delay time is 30 seconds, and the temperature is 50 °C
