Operating Steps:

• Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch

• Place the phone in the work platform

• Push the "Front Clamp Pusher "forward to secure the phone

• Rotate the "Left-Right Clamp Knob" to make the heating block clamp the phone from both sides

• Adjust the position of the "Lifting Suction Cup" so that it aligns with the bottom of the phone screen

• Rotate the "Lifting Knob" to make the suction cup adhere to the phone

• Use the LCD screen to access the settings menu

• Set the heating temperature and heating time for the XY axis

• Press the start button to begin heating.

• After heating, it is recommended to pull up the knob while dripping alcohol to separate the phone screen

• Press the "Stop" button, then press the "Vacuum Release" button

• Rotate the "Lift Knob" to raise the suction cup, release the "Front Clamp Pusher" and the "Left-Right Clamp Knob", and then remove the phone

Attention:

• Cracked screens, shattered screens, and broken casings should not be dismantled using this equipment

• During the operation, due to the high temperature of the equipment, accidental contact and burns should be avoided. It is recommended to wear gloves when operating

• After use, it is recommended to turn off the power supply to prevent the machine from overheating or getting damaged due to extended use.
