Remove Mobile Phone:
- Plugin the power cord and turn on the power supply, laser switch, and exhaust switch;
- Click the document and select the corresponding drawing;
- Place the mobile phone along with the fixing fixture;
- Start the focus key, and after focusing is completed;
- Adjust the parameters, marking speed: 500-1000, power: 95, and adjust according to the mobile phone;
- Click red light F1 or keyboard F1 to check whether the red light coincides with the marking position of the mobile phone;
- Start the marking key to start marking; After marking, remove the mobile phone and remove it.
Print Photos:
- Import photos into a USB flash disk
- The pictures should be clear and the memory should not be greater than 1m as far as possible;
- Click "document management", find the picture to be imported, click "import", and close the page after successful import;
- Fix the object to be marked(the marking position is kept in a horizontal plane), start the focus key, and after focusing is completed;
- Click " import photos" in the toolbar just now, and select "import photos" in the vertical row;
- Reduce the photo appropriately and center it. Then, turn on the red light indication to confirm that the red light is fully displayed, and then stop the red light;
- Start to adjust the marking parameters, marking speed: 300-500, power: 95
- Check "reverse", select "marking mode", and select "dot and gray" ;
- Check "bidirectional scanning" and "dot mode", and change the value to 0.1;
- After the parameter is changed, click the marking directly.
Type Text:
- Click "t" on the vertical toolbar, input the text to be typed, and click "OK" after input;
- Click "F" on the right side of the screen, check to enable, select the filling method bow, and the filling is completed;
- Preview the red light, adjust the power by 90 and the marking speed by 1000;
- After changing the parameters, turn on the laser(press the laser key)and directly click the marking.
Print Vector File:
- Click "vector file" in the vertical toolbar, find the imported vector file, open it, adjust it to the appropriate size, and click"Auto Center";
- Click "F" on the right side of the screen, check to enable, select the filling method bow, and the filling is completed;
- Red light preview, adjust the power by 90 and the marking speed by 1000;
- After the parameter is changed, turn on the laser(press the laser key)and directly click the marking.
